MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY IS 25. ONCE THE GUEST LIMIT OF 25 IS REACHED, ADDITIONAL GUESTS BE NOT BE ADMITTED. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKED CARS IS 8. ONCE THAT NUMBER IS REACHED, ADDITIONAL CARS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. We are a smaller venue, on a quiet residential street. Our insurance and the city will not allow us to hold larger gatherings. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
